Individual Therapy - 60 minute sessions.
NDIS Improved Daily Living Therapy, Cost is at #056 Item, Self and Plan Managed.
Child Play Therapy - 50-minute sessions. Includes materials.
Family Therapy is a 90-minute session.
· Families who are worried about their children’s behaviour.
· Families who are fostering and adopting children.
· Parents who want to divorce or separate in a way that focuses on their children’s happiness and needs.
· Parents and adult children.
· Any family who would like someone to help them talk about difficult things together in a way that’s safe &open.
Court-reportable family therapy is available.
Post-separation counseling can help with managing grief & loss and the practical complexities.
Staying child-focused and taking time for self-care can be difficult when big emotions are occurring. Having someone help you through this process can be immensely helpful when you're dealing with multiple needs.
Children and young people may also need support to make sense of their parent’s separation and to adapt to changes in the family.
Individual sessions - 60 minutes or family therapy sessions - 90 minutes are available.
